Unsere Tommes sind in gewisser Weise unsere Unterschrift. Wir sind eine der wenigen Käsereien in unserer Region, die Tomme-Käse herstellen. Diese köstlichen Weichkäse – die wir in fünfzehn Varianten abgelehnt haben – werden Ihre Aperitifs und Ihre Platten verbessern Käse. Für eine Explosion von Aromen können Sie sie heiß essen und beispielsweise einen einfachen Salatteller in ein Festmahl verwandeln!
