Nos tommes sont en quelques sortes notre signature. En effet, nous sommes l’une des rares fromageries à fabriquer des tommes dans notre région. Ces délicieux fromage à pâte molle – que nous avons décliné en une quinzaine de variants – sauront agrémenter vos apéritifs et vos plateaux de fromage. Pour une explosion de saveurs, vous pouvez les manger chaudes et transformer, par exemple, une simple assiette de salade en festin!
